album artwork not appearing

ive some albums that dont have album artwork in there folders.

1. ive tried coping an image from google in various different sizes,done this today about a 1,000 times,added it to a usb flashdrive took to jukebox copied it into the music folder missing artwork,named it folder and it doesnt work.

2.i brought the jukebox tower in doors,connected a rj45 cable to it to get online on my network,downloaded the same image i had to my usb flashdrive and album art appears on the jukebox.

so why doesnt the same image appear when copied from the flashdrive??????

How did you copy the image from the flashdrive to the tower computer ?, & what is the image named (full filename please)  :D

i added the image by copying from flashdrive then pasting into the album folder,i named the image folder,as per your set up information.

i've also tried adding the artwork to a whole music folder and transfering the whole music folder with artwork in and still doesnt show,yet if i connect to a network save image as into the folder that works,yet where the jukebox is going in a games room theres no internet so wont be able to do that then.

Ok, are you sure you are using the right name for the image because 'folder' is not correct, it needs to be "folder.jpg"
Are you putting the image in the right place ?, to test that, find an image that does show, and then replace it with your offending image to see if that shows.

ok,if i use an image that shows on another album that works,yet any that come from the flashdrive same size and named folder.jpg dont  work????????????????even tried a second flashdrive same
