Title: A valid licence could not be found

Hi It was working ok till about 2.30am then when a track was rejected it froze and came up with an error A valid licence could not be found - please see attachment  - can't attach - In Details it says 1 No licence found in the suggestion catch 2 No complied licence found 3 An unexpected error occurred while validating 4 Configuration system failed to initialise - root element is missing c\documents and settings \ jukebox_JUKEBOX-PCRK60L..000\LOCAL Settings\Application 5 Data\Touch_Music_Solutions\DefultDomain_Path_fhwfztw2pij3ndmpo300drle25k4\2.4.0.0\user.config\--> Root element is missing    Thanks Kev

Hi Kev

Delete this folder:-  c\documents and settings \ jukebox_JUKEBOX-PCRK60L..000\LOCAL Settings\Application 5 Data\Touch_Music_Solutions\DefultDomain_Path_fhwfztw2pij3ndmpo300drle25k4

Hi Thanks for your help so far I got down to local settings but Application 5 is missing. There is a folder that says application with data inside, however touch_music_solutions is not in that one. Thanks Kev

What is your software name ?. you posted your problem in the Pub Jukebox section, but PJX doesnt have that problem, are you using VBX? or JBP? maybe ?.

Hi Steve - Its is JBP, I actually found the folder and deleted it. Tried it twice and it works brilliantly. So glad that it's back, thank you for your help. Kev
