I maybe missing something, has anything got any suggestions? I have a party in 3hrs and 4k songs to fixand i am pulling my hair out.
Thanks in advance Andrew

Hi Andrew

I have FF working fine on win7, I don't know if it should work on win10 or not as I've never tried it myself, does windows tell you what the problem is ?.

Ps: If you are using 'Videobox', you could use the modern title cards option, this will read the information in your song tags instead of using the track filename, would that help ?.

Hi Steve
Thanks for the reply, i got it working on a Windows 7 laptop just fine. My old work hores computer had a thrashing and i thought it was just my computer so i never thought too much about it. So i just brought a new one and then it wouldn't work again,  but again i thought it might be something i am doing. Which is why i didn't put it under the bug section and also windows 10 doesn't have net framework or Windows Media Player. I do have Videobox work fine on Windows 10. I will find a log of the error today and post back. Do all mp3 have a tag or do you have to add the tags? I need to spend a day on my 30k plus song collection and some more reading, to stay up-to-date.
Thanks again Andrew

Steve:
yes, all mp3's have tags but you will probably find that some of them are empty.
You can use our 'Music manager' tool to help you to edit the tags...

Hi everyone :)

I've been having problems getting filename fixer to work under Windows 10, it will install piece of cake. But when I go and execute the program it will just come up with the popup to say the program encountered and error and the program will now terminate.

I've tried running under comparability mode XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and all do the same.

Has anyone else came across this problem, and what would you recommend.

I do use videobox and all my file names are like
Abba - dancing queen.mp4 and the entire file name is on one line.

Would it be possible to have traditional titles cards to use id3tags too, hopefully in another update for videobox.

Many thanks
