we are having another problem with your software! :'(

in order to save both of us a lot of time and swet

maybe you can conect to our compuer with "TeamViewer"

and fix the problem?

after that ill send u all the pictures u need (saw your massege only now)

Hi Guys

I will not be able to connect to your PC, that is out of the question, sorry  :-\

Ok, your problem looks similar to the one you had before, my guess is that you or your computer is doing something unexpected that is corrupting JBP or your music files/file locations.
I can suggest 2 courses of action,
1 you could follow the steps in your last post to see if that cures your problem.
2 you could uninstall JBP using a free uninstaller such as "Revo Uninstaller" (it finds all the files left behind by programs) and then re-install JBP to see if that cures your problem
Try both and let me know the results.
