Won’t run on Windows 7

Hi can’t get program to run in Windows 7 had it running on my laptop to test which is windows 10 I’ve deactivated it from that one and installed it on my old pc but it won’t even launch in windows 7 PLEASE HELP  cheers Lee

What happens when you try to run it on win7 ?, are you able to enter the serial etc ?.

Hi when I click on on launch icon the little wheel on the pointer spin for a couple of seconds then nothing happens I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting the pc but still no good I’ve run it as administrator and in compatibility mode but nothing

Ok thanks I’ll will check it is 32 bit system would that affect it from running properly
