Hi reno

The imported music folder is where tracks go when they are imported.  ;D
How are you adding new music ?

Good Day,
I use the JMC to convert my videos and Songs to the Pub Jukebox Standard and then cut and paste them to my Pub Library Folder into the "imported Music" Folder.

I tried use the "Prepare Update" option in the JMC but it will not let proceed unless i enter the customer info.  Can this be bypassed?
I would just like to prepare one music update flash drive and use that to updated multiple videobox and pubjukebox software.

Hi reno

You could use your current method and then re-scan the music library but thats a time consuming way to do it, what is your objection to using the JMC to make an update ?, all you need to enter is your jukebox serial number & name for the customer data, its much faster!, try it ?.

Ok, so once I update using that method the new tracks option will work. Where it will show the last music updated to the software.
My only problem I have is entering the customer info

If you update the proper way by prepairing an update in the JMC your new tracks will show when you touch the 'New Tracks' button.

What problem do you have entering the customer info ?.
