Title: Cant import music,

Hi All,
        I created an update drive on an external hard drive. The export function works fine but when I try to import from the drive the program closes completely when I hit start. Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong?
       Using a 750gb external drive so I can keep all my music on it and just copy new albums to it to update the jukebox.
