Hi Folks
My juke blaster pro was working fine at the start of the year. I went to play it today and it's not starting up I've tried using previous versions that's not working either. I joined the member centre but it wants me to purchase the software is this now the case I would have to purchase again? Thanks

When you say " it's not starting up", what exactly does it do ?, you get any error messages or anything ?.

Have you installed the .NET framework ?, is this on win Xp ?

It was on Windows 7 I upgraded to Windows 10

What version of JBP do you have ?

I bought it Nov 2012 if that helps it was purchased online

Sounds like you have an old legacy version, I doubt it will work on win10, sorry :'(

Hi If I purchased a new subscription does it work with win10? I could revert back to win7 which I think I can do ?

A cheaper option for you is the conversion service, its basically a new copy of JBP. http://jukeblaster.com/index.php?page=detail&get_id=17&category=
We did try Videobox on win10 but not JBP, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
