Title: locked out of engineer

hi Steve i installed videobox as soon as i bought it.Everything was working fine till i went to engineer and clicked on pin then came out of it...Then tried getting back in,and now it wont open i dont know what i have done Steve please could you help me as im new to this? I have tried the cleaning tool and to no avail its done nothing? ???

Hi, chriscon

I'f you have set a pin that you cant remember then you need to delete your "user.config" file to set everything back to default, here's how...

Using windows to search your entire C: drive for any files named user.config and delete them. after this you can start Videobox and it will be set back to default.
