Title: HELP.. Prom Season and our limo's Video Box has license error

After a system failure last night, I have just paid for a 3 month subscription to obtain the latest version of video box, but it wont allow me to activate my subscription, it wants me to pay again!!

Here is the issue..

Can you advise on both my subscription and the error in question.

Hi LNW

I don't think this is anything to do with your license, I think the problem is that the crash has corrupted a system file that is needed to operate.

Instead of telling you how to find the file & fix it, try this...
Install again to a different location this will probably re-install the broken system file again, instead of installing to the default location (C:\Program Files\Videobox) install to something like C:program Files\Jukebox\Videobox
