Music folders not scanning, BGM are

Still waiting for my jukebox case to be delivered, only took 2 weeks so far...

Anyway, I took it all out today ready to update the music. I have the location of the music files and the BGM is the same, I scan and then the music tracks is empty and the BGM tracks is full... confused!

just to add if i search the song its there, just not in the folder i put it

It may be your folder structure that's at fault, can you show a picture or diagram of how your folders/files are arranged ?.

Drive: Videos: (80's, 90's etc): Song + folder.jpg

it sees the categories, then within each category i have the folder.jpg and all of the music as mp4 files.

Hope that makes sense?

attached is a pic of the folders after the Video folder which is as "SHOW" in the settings.

Within these folders is the folder.jpg and music.

If I search the music I can see it...
