Title: Few questions

Hi all

After using JBP I've upgraded to VBP and finally got round to setting it up today.

Just a few initial niggles, hopefully someone can help:

A few of my folders containing music are not accessible, i touch the genre ie RNB and get a message come up saying unavailable, has anyone else suffered this?

Secondly, my music videos are not being seen by VBP, however navigating through the folders via windows shows me they are definately there.

Thirdly are there any hints on using dual screen? I've hooked up a second screen but do I need to set it up via the video card software or using the VBP settings?

Hi Adam, I will try to help  ;D

1 if you see the "Unavailable" message it means that your tracks/folders are not arranged properly, the folder structure is incorrect or your files are in the wrong place.

2 Your videos not being recognised are probably a part of the same problem as above, you will have them in the wrong place.

3 For dual screen. EXTEND you desktop onto screen2 and then select screen2 in the engineer menu -> Video options.
