Title: Dead Computer Service

I installed videobox activated it on a backup computer late last year. Tried to boot it up but no joy. Had to re-install windows and replaced CMos battery.  Re-installed Videobox and use my serial but got an error message saying that the serial belongs to another computer.
  So how does to Dead Computer Service work.
