video files work then say unavailable

i've just added some music video to the jukebox and they show in the main screen when i start the jukebox up and they will play fine. however if i select a different folder say with just music in it and then try to go back to the video folder it's says unavailable.
if i do a search it works fine what am i doing wrong

Sounds like your tracks are not in the right folders.

Your tracks should be in an album like this...

C:\JBP\80's\Best of boy George\carma chameleon.mp3
C:\JBP\80's\Best of boy George\church of the poisoned mind.mp3
C:\JBP\80's\Best of boy George\do you realy want to hurt me.mp3


This wont work:- C:\JBP\80's\carma chameleon.mp3

This wont work:- C:\JBP\carma chameleon.mp3


For videos I would do something like..

C:\JBP\Videos\Rock Videos\BonJovi Living on a prayer.avi

can i make the video jukebox start up with 2 screen mode by default, everytime i start up the software i have to enter engineers mode to select 2 screen option. also when playing a video on seperate screen it reduces the screen to 1" size for about 10 sec  before the end of each video but doesn't do this if no other track as been added to playlist how do i stop this?
