Program loads up for few seconds then disappears

Hi Bri. That last one is still running great. Thanks for your help getting it going with me. However.  My mum bought 2 copy's from you the other night. I have activated the first one but after shutting pc down on night I loaded it (Saturday). Once I came to go on it to load music Sunday it just opens. Shows white screen with licence in middle for 5 seconds then disappears and does not load atall. Even left it all day today while at work and when I got home the logo was in start bar but didn't do anything when I clicked on it. 
Pc is. Amd fx - 4300 quad core processor  3.80 ghz. 4gb of ram. And it's windows 7 64 bit.
Do you have any ideas.

i have attached 3 pics.
i get pic 1 for 1 second then
pic 2 for about 4 seconds then goes to pic 3  but without videobox logo it takes a few minutes before that appears but does nothing as you can see in pic its selected but nothing is loading for it

this is a licensing problem
try thi s -> 1. find an delete the Videobox foledr & then reinstall and register serial

if above does not work then try this -> 2. install Videobox to a diffrent location something like C:\Program Files\jukebox\VideoBox  and register serial.

try those an let me know

Option 1 was just the same when I reloaded. But option 2 worked great. Thanks.
