Videobox stopped working

My videobox program has just stopped working again. It begins to load up with the licence screen, then just stays on the task bar but won't open. From other posts you suggest it is a licence problem and say to uk install and the install to a new folder. This worked the last time this happened a few weeks back but I don't want to have to do this all the time as it takes a lot of time to set everything back up again.

When you say "then just stays on the task bar but won't open", do you mean thst it shows on the taskbar but there is no other screens showing on the desktop ?.

How many monitors are connected to your PC ?, has it ever had more than 1 ?.

Even tough its only showing in the taskbar, can you hear music playing ?.

It just has the 'V' on the task bar but nothing happens when I try and open it. There is no music playing but that may be because no song is selected and random songs are not selected.

I have never had any other monitor, it is just used on an all in one touchscreen pc. It was working completely fine until turning it on today. Just as it did last time before it stopped working.

ok, try this...

Run Videobox, and when it has loaded and you see it on the taskbar...

Press ctr-alt-delete on your keyboard, and select 'Start Task Manager'

in Task Manager, select the 'Applications' tab near the top and then right click on Videobox below, then from the menu that opens select 'Maximize', that may sort it!, if not try again and select 'bring to front' instead.

Try that and tell me the result...
