pc specs 10th gen cpu intel celeron g4900
8gb ddr4 ram
Intel® UHD Graphics 610 also tried hd5450 graphics card
touch screen is hdmi top screen is vga (swapped the screens around to same problem)
1tb ssd
windows 10 enterprise (i did try installing windows 7 but its locked to windows 10 or 11)
(fresh install of windows 10)

Ok I see, so its visualization that stops, what is the PC/spec in the machine ?

Describe what you mean by 'crash' & 'freezing'...
Here's how to describe your problem so that we can understand you:-

I click 'this button' and then the interface stops responding to button presses and after 1 minute it will respond again to button presses.
I watch a video and after 10 seconds the video display then doesn't move and I have to use ctr,alt,del to end the videobox program
I start pub jukebox and my pc stops responding and i have to restart.

Be specific with your descriptions, its hard for us to diagnose a vague description of a problem on a remote computer that we don't have access to, located in another country... :-/

Tell us how to reproduce the problem on our computers, so we can then fix it :-)...

i have found what the problem is but its fixing it

so when you have it set as 2 displays 1 for touch top for the graphics what's happening is the little box at the bottom on the touch screen side is taking over the top graphics so the top screen then freezes and stops working i can upload a video to youtube for u but in a nut shell the bottom image is causing the top graphics to crash half way into a song or at the end of the song

kinda like its selecting the bottom screen so the top stops showing video

im having the same problem and its driving me nuts now had it for a while were the Visualizer (top screen) would crash and their seems to be no fix for it

i have tried to many things and getting to the point of just giving up

Hello
i seem to be still having the same problems as in the past and now i have found its due to the Visualizer causing the problem.

things i have done already
re-installed windows 10
added a dedicated graphics card
changed displays
turned off advertisement (removed the images from the folder and turned it on)

it seems the advertisements swapping screens is causing 1 problem as its changing screens.
so the advertisements move the screen to the bottom but then sticks

when you remove everything from their the Visualizer then freezes.

is their a way that i can edit the software my self to remove the Visualizer and set the advertisements to top screen only.

or is their another way to fix this with display settings.

i do belive this will fix the random Visualizer crashing and freezing

or is their any updates for pub jukebox even in the premium section that has fixed this problem

Importing tracks using CD’s and USB’…all sorted now, the artwork was missing and just needed tagging and saving using mp3tag.
