I wish you woudnt lock the topic as I have no other way of communicating.

So that is it no help or support because I was working in my business over the weekend and didn't get chance to log on ? 2 days ? and that's it no more support on that given topic ? so how do I get the fundamental part of your software to load and work correctly ?
