Title: F12 reject song issue

Hi Steve & everyone
having trouble with F12 reject song
when i push f12 it stops song for a moment, deletes song from playlist but restarts song i rejected.
from keyboard or from Ipac32

Hi rgr, has this problem just started or has this always happened ?
What type of track is it ?

Recent but is happening on three different jukeboxes for three different customers
doesnt matter what track either video (.mp4) audio (.mp3) karaoke (.mp4 or .cdg)

all pc we are suppling are as followers

Hmmm, well nothing has changed with PJX so I guess it has to be something else that's changed on the machines, have they been updated (Os) or have they all had new tracks put on perhaps ?

looks like it was a windows problem reinstalled older pjx install on three machines two now working well
but one has come up with key registered to other computer

Glad you got it sorted by re-installing windows.  ;D

Always remember to deactivate your software before reinstalling windows to avoid the 'different computer' problem.
