will not let me in. Says Licence / not found

Hi, when I purchased Jukeblaster a month ago it worked fine. After a day or so it came up with the Licence not found message. I reinstalled the programme and it has been working fine for weeks. Yesterday it did it again. I need to fix urgently , can you please tell me how to fix it. I did send a screen shot of the details, but have not had a response.

I don't know where you sent your screenshot ?, the only place you can post a screenshot is here on the help forum, if you sent it to any other place or an email address then it will be lost and it will never reach us.

To answer your question, when you see the error telling you a license is not found... click the button on the error box named 'Details' this will give you a page of text that tells us what the problem is, simply copy this text and post it here on the forum and we will be able to tell you why your program cannot find your license.
