i seem to be having probs and its not down to vjb but maybe some conflict
with software on both xp and seven i keep getting the same problem it can
 take from 2mins upto 4 mins for vjb to fully load i think its a conflict with srs sound
software 
when i first instal it loads in seconds

when vbx loads it only looks for last used files thats all, an if it canot find them gives up after 100 milliseconds.
VBX and JBP does not interact with sound chip/card at all or any other modules ?, so is noth tat

check that VBX or JBP is not tryin to acess a harddrive that was there last time bu not available now
