Title: Hardware broke before i deactivate Videobox, how to install in new machine?

Hi all, the Computer I was using for Videobox broke (Mother Board Issue) before I can deactivate the license. Can anyone please guide me with how to reinstall it on a new machine using same license. I have the access to the old hard drive and I have deleted all the videobox related files but still I couldn't activate the videobox. Message says 'deactivate the videobox from original machine first'.
