New internet download not working

Hi All - Hope you ca help.
On Friday night I downloaded Jukeblaster pro. I have installed both parts and updated my machine. When I click on the icon the screen goes black and when it comes back on you get funny coloured writing and then nothing. I deleted it and started again with the same result. I am sure that I saw a message saying that it has not downloaded correctly. It has been down loaded through Google. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Kevin

Hi Kevin, I will try to help if I can 

Can you post a screenshot of the error or message that you see ?, that would probably give me a better idea of the problem, if you don't know how to grab a screenshot then just try to get the exact error text it gives you, ok :-)
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "downloaded through Google", if you could explain that a little too.

Hi I will post the screen shot in the morning. When I say I downloaded it through google I mean that I searched for your site on google and paid with paypal and downloaded it fron your site. Thanks Kev

Hi Please see attachment below as requested.
When you click on the icon you get the coloured writing - then it reverts back to the noemal screen. There is no message comming up.

Hi Kevin, looking at the screenshot it looks like there might be a problem with windows xp, i notice that JBP doesn't have an icon and neither does the control panel.

In short I'm not sure whats wrong, but I can connect to your PC with teamviewer and have a look for you if you like, if you want me to take a look get back to me today before 14:00 and I will send you some instructions.
