Juke Blaster Pro crashes on loading

Hi
I have just installed this on xp home edition  32bit. I hadn't used this computer for about 4 years before updating to SP3 and installing Juke Blaster.
The program opens with the white screen "Juke Blaster 1.9.9.6  Initialising please wait,  displays the serial number  then closes.
It displayed the error below.

im sure its a problem with ur .net framework not correct version (shoul be 3.5 sp1) or corrupted framework  on ur windows install.
