Hi, I can't get the Background music to play - its a Windows 10 new install (actually on trial currently) and all other aspects of the install/ software seem to work. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong please?

Hi, did you set the music timer1 & select some genre's for the BGM ?.

Is your computer clock correct & the timers within playing time ?

Yes, that's correct as well. I've set the BGM to be constant - run every day between 9am and 2:59am (just to ensure I'm not falling outside that period when I'm trying to test)... and then I 'exit' back into the Jukebox itself but nothing plays.
Am I missing a step?

Yes I think thats the problem, set your bgm timer1 to go from 9am to 11.59pm and then set bgm timer2 to go from 12pm to 2:59.
I dont think you can span a single timer over midnight.

Ignore that last one - yes - that's fixed it. A drive error was stopping any music playing at all, but it was definitely fixed by the Timer change.
