Start up problems

Hey I'm new at videobox... so I'm sorry if this has already been covered before. 
I've had this program for a while now - and no problems, work great.
Haven't used it in months and now it won't start up.
-Has stopped working windows is searching for a solution message -

I was thinking about uninstalling and finding a way to reinstall it but didn't want to lose all my time and effort.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

If you haven't used it for a while, there is a recent update that includes extra features. I suggest that you log in to your account via the jukeblaster.com website, download the videobox that is in your download folder and install it.

You will need to remove the old videobox from your machine first, but do not remove your music files, and keep your licence file on your desktop, so that you can add it straight back in to the folder when the new install is complete.

The new features are quite good, so make full use of them, we bothered Steve and Bry for them for quite some time, and they finally gave in.

sounds like a problem with the .NET framework 3.5 sp1 to me, make sur its instaled or installit again
follow robs instructionsi f you want to do a full reinstal he is corect

Thanks for the directions to find the updated download in my account folder-

Turns out something was just blocking it from playing (antivirus, corrupt file, i have no idea)

I just restored my computer to factory settings and reinstalled everything .. and now everything works great.

I appreciate the help and replies.
