With the new update and back up, if Videobox loses its file, will the new update allow the site to turn the Jukebox on and off again , and it will re instate the programme? If it doesn't can this be done?

Yes, it will re-instate a missing or corrupt config file. ;D, does that answer your question ?.

I guess what I'm trying to establish is, by turning the machine off and on again the site will be back in action? I operate Jukes all over Qld and have countless service calls with lost licence files. So with the new update I can tell the site to just turn the machine off and on again, they will be back in full coin op mode again, with all the music and settings back to how it was?

Yes, this is how it works...
You set your jukebox settings how you want, and then on each successfull startup a copy is made of the config file.
If Videobox detects that the file is missing from your computer or its corrupt, it will copy the backup back to the special place where windows stores them and you wont even know its hapened, its all automated and should save you a headache :D
