Title: Try button not highlighted

Hi everyone, i have downloaded trail of videobox pro. When i try and open it the try button is not highlighted, so it wont open. Iam running win 10. Only the buy and register buttons are working. I need to get it working before i buy it, what am i doing wrong. Anyone had this before ? Thanks.

Hi Ted, does the counter digit above the try button read zero '0' ?

Yes it reads 0. Can you not download it more than once on the same pc to try it again?

Hi Ted, once the trial expires you need to buy a license to continue using it on that pc, or you can trial again on a different pc.
