Title: Deactivate Videobox New Serial Number

Quick question:
 What is the reason for the new serial number that is given when you deactivate your videobox.
    Reasoning being I just deactivate my videobox and was given a new serial number. But when i install videobox on the new computer the new serial number didnt work. I try it several times with no success. So i try my original serial number and it work.

Hi reno

The code you get when deactivating is a 'deactivation code' its not a serial, its just used to prove that you deactivated, but we will never ask you for it so you can just ignore it.
