Title: Unable to access engineer mode with tab button

This worked ok on the demo version but, doesn't work on the full version.
Has anyone got any idea about this?

To update, it is the latest version of Videobox we are using.

Hi Paul

This can only happen for a few reasons...

1. The keyboard TAB key is faulty (try it with another program).
2. Videobox does not have focus, ie: you run Videobox then moved to using a different program (so the other program receives the TAB key-press)

Check the above to see if that helps, are you using a standard keyboard ?

Thanks for the reply.
Looked at the Jukebox again this morning, the 'Tab' button is working fine, the only program open is 'Videobox'
The demo version was working perfectly....?
We've tried re-installing etc...
Any other ideas?

Are you using a standard keyboard ?.
Do you want me to connect to to your pc and have a look ? (if so let me know asap today and I'l send you some instructions).

This problem is now fixed, it turned out to be a coding error that seems to affect WinXp.
Thanks to Paul for his patience & help getting to the bottom of this tricky one.
