Programme starts but runs minimised.

As title bar really ..... programme starts OK but only sign of it running is in the task bar at bottom of screen. Have tried rebooting. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Any ideas please?

Sounds like the program is off-screen or something, try these...

When it is showing in the taskbar, go on your desktop and double-click the videobox icon again.

or

use ctr-alt-del then in taskmanager right click on videobox.exe and select 'bring to front'.

or

right click on the icon showing in the taskbar and select 'move' then pres your right arrow button on your keyboard (this will attach videobox to your mouse cursor) and move your mouse to bring videobox back onto the screen.

Sorry to have taken so long to reply but I really am useless at technology - I've done really well so far in finding this page!!

I have a new question but don't know how to post it  (alright - I know You think I'm a silly old tosser but you kids know your way round all this stuff)
I am going to try to download your latest Videobox update but notice that you warn to unblock the zip file first. How do I do this please?
Sorry to be a pain but I'm just useless at all this although, I must say, I've had some fabulous comments about my setup from visitors. I have about three people that want me to do the same for them. I daren't tell tham waht a struggle it is for me!

    Hi I was having same problem, I tried what you said there, and it worked when i right clicked and clicked on maximise, thanks for that
