i have not used my software for a few weeks , i have not changed anything on my laptop other than ms updates, and it keeps comming up with a box. you need to activate video box
i purchased my software from the site.
i see the link i need to update but am as confused as you can get, whats the point of sending an email saying you need to update with no other links other than links to text that do nothing, unless im going blind or just cant work it out.
i also see the post about updating, and it says remove software ect , use you old email for file update and for code, mines written down does this matter. and i habve a cd

i have only had mine installed 2 months if that , and dont really use it.
was perfect then windows done some updates now its out.
great the only day in 2 months i wanted it and let me down big.
not that im blaming just why is this so dam hard , this security is just too much, ok you dont want your software copied , but this is certainly putting me off buying anything else. especaily as it just fell over after ms updates, no idea when last tiem i run it was early jan, when i was lookign at it all the shelfed the idea. which is a shame because im still impressed with it to this day,
its just a real shame about the, bugs i suppose floors whatever.
unless i am totaly missing somthing
