Hi there
Can anyone help me.
I have just loaded Videobox into my jukebox setup that I'm currently working on, everything was going well until I accidently put it in full screen mode. If you press the Tab button it goes into a screen with 3 boxes, one with engineer the other with collector and site manager on them. If you click into the site manager one you have an option to turn the bgm on/off or to disable the xmas songs. the collector has a music upload button but once you press the option the pc crashes and you have to do a ctrl/alt/delete and end the task this is also the case with the engineers option.
So I'm open to suggestions
Many thanks

Hi riki, I will try to help :D
There is nothing realy special about the engineer login (password 55555) that could cause your pc to crash.
What exactly do you mean by 'crash', what happens ?, is there an error or dialog box or anything ?, does VBX freeze ? etc etc..
What Os is installed?, is it 32 or 64bit ?.
Can you attach a screenshot of the problem maybe ?.

Hi Steve
Thanks for the quick reply. Once you have pressed the tab key and you have the 3 options I am assuming the engineer mode will give you a list of all the options you can alter. The engineer button stays highlighted and thats it nothing else happens until you do a ctrl/del/alt and then end the task. I'm running Vista and im pretty certain its 64bit. I think its VBX thats crashing for some reason as other programs are running ok on the computer. I have already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling irt but it seems to of remembered the previous settings. There is no error codes at all the engineer box just stays highlighted until you end the task.
I hope that is as much info you need.
Many thaks

Hi riki
Very strange, you should be fine on Vista, try this...
Use our bry's utility here:- http://jukeblaster.com/forum/index.php?topic=417.0
to delete your user.config file and try VBX again (no need to reinstall VBX after you delete the config file)
