how do i get tracks to stay on

hi when i scan tracks they come up but when i open it again to add new stuff the tracks i loaded are gone

Hi SEAN, I will try to help  , so you scan all of your tracks and then you "open it again", can you explain a little more ?, do you mean that you scan all the tracks again or do you mean you just scan the new ones ?
