Preparing Music Updates

Good day,
             When I prepare a music update only about 3/4 of the songs are been copied. I would get a notepad report saying that”it Couldn’t Copy. But I don’t understand why it couldn’t copy the songs. The songs are not Corrupted because they are playing perfectly in VLC and video box.
   Anyone else having to problem

Might have something to do with the tags, corrupt,missing etc.
What does the report say ?
What format are the tracks ?
Send me a track that wont copy and I will look at it ?.

My files are in AVI and mp3

As far as I know th .AVI format doesnt support tags (so there's no pictures,artist,title etc), you may have to convert them to .MP4 & retag them, or load them manually.

When you say load manually. You mean just copy and paste them in the music folder

Yes, just paste them into your music folders and then rescan tracks

looks like I have to convert my music to mp4 and re-tagg everything

Good day.
             Quick question on how pubjukebox handles the music media. When you copy the music to pub software, does it allow you have multiple copies of the same song but tagged with different genre in the pub Library.
  I ask this question because, in order to have more control on the BGM, I have created the following genres (morning bgm, lunch bgm, night Bgm and I chose songs from the Pub jukebox to pick into these genres.
  But when I prepare music update only a few of the songs will show in the new genre .

The only thing I can think that would cause this is if you dont use the same casing in your updates, so "Night Bgm" is not the same as "Night bgm".
