D4S coin mech & CCTalk setup problems

Hi,

We have an issue with a cctalk board & Modular D4S coin mech.
It worked ok on our previous Jukebox but fails to get recognised by the new Jukeblaster S/W.
Cctalk s/w version 12.0e, Manufacture id azkii.

Has anyone got any ideas?
