Title: A blackout corrupted my config file

Hi Steve its been a long time since i was playing with jukeboxes, which is a credit to you guys for such a great program. I have just been given a erro which i think was caused by a black.  But i read first before asking and found i am in the same boat as the person who wrote this and my license is 33 long as well. I will email the license to you. If you could help it will be much appreciated Regards Andrew

I have been running video box for 2 years with no probs. But now it refuses to load and i get the message "Avalid license could not be obtained for videobox. Please contact Touch music Solutions for assistance. Below is part of the details error. 
Please assist

An unexpected error occurred while validating.
   Configuration system failed to initialize --> Root element is missing. (C:\Users\Colin\AppData\Local\Touch_Music_Solutions\DefaultDomain_Path_ntadjrfff3xt2rbugad2fiyvdgly3nmw\3.6.9.9\user.config) --> Root element is missing.
