Title: Lost license

Hi Guys,

I probably know the answer for this, but I shall ask anyway. Due to a windows update it wiped out my user data for some reason, and I had my serial number included within an email that was sent, but was late at night so I formatted the hard drive without thinking about the email.

Have you guys got the original sales emails saved as that would have my serial number as part of the sales slip.

I did try to see if it was included within Paypal but sadly not.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for the reply. I shall have to leave that for a while then as my Birthday weekend and short on funds, I shall keep trying to find if I can access previous emails, and try and restore files from the hard drive that I formatted.

All the same computer and hardware, so shall be no problems there.
