Title: duel screen

hi i have duel screen setup vga touch screen and a dvi monitor however the video option is grey out i have set it to extend display in windows still no luck

Do you see the windows desktop on both screens ?

is the windows desktop streched over both screens or is it duplicated on each screen ?
Is it the button in video options that is greyed ?, does it show a button for your screen there ?

Looks like your screen is not being detected, how is it attached to your PC ?

I have one on vga and one on display port

As far as I know it only works with vga, so wont work with display port, try switching screens round maybe ?, or use 2x vga.

Try 2 display port still no luck yet when I tested it before it worked on hgmi and dvi is there any way to mod the software

Under the security tab is the video engineer options enabled
TAB
SYSTEM ADMIN
SECURITY
ALLOW VIDEO ENGINEER OPTIONS
YES
