Title: Videobox Closing Down / Activation Problems
Post by: modjam on May 10, 2012, 07:25:20 PM
Hi,

Whilst playing some tunes on Videobox at the weekend, a pop up appeared telling me that Videobox encountered a problem and would have to close.

After numerous times trying to re-boot, i tried an un-install and then re-install but unfortunatley i am getting the same message when trying to re-activate videobox (See attached screen dump)

I have also had trouble upgrading via the download facility. It sometimes may take me 5 or 6 attempts before i can install the programme fully as it often crashes when only 40% has been downloaded. The main problem with this is that it uses up my download attempt total. Is there no way this can be recognised so my download tally doesn't paint a false picture of actual downloads?

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Michael

Hi modjam

I'm %99 sure you either dont have the .NET framework installed properly or that yourXP Os does not have sp2 installed.

Your download issue is either to do with your browser or internet connection, try anotther prowser or download from a diffrent connection.

Hey modjam

Glad to help anytime  ;D.

Ps: remember to backup your license file in case you need to re-install again.
