having problems down loading music

when i try and down load a cd it automatically finds the driver E but as soon as i hit the start button it goes straight to finished.
can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong.

Can you just clarify what cd do you mean & which start button ?, what exactly is it that you are trying to do.

Hi san

Ok, Videobox plays MP3 tracks etc not CD's, if you want to play tracks from your cd's you will need to rip them to mp3's first (tip you can rip cds to mp3 with windows media player).

Take a look on your C drive in the JBP folder to see some examples of how tracks and albums are laid out.

I dont understand this:- "its pick the driver up on video box"

I think you may not have read the Videobox instruction manual yet ?, It tells you how to do everything!, get a cuppa and skim through it, it only takes 10 mins

hi steve,yes of cause it wont do cds i was having a blond moment lol,as refering to the guide i would if it would down load.we have installed and uninstalled trying to get the guide to load but nothing.we have been at this for 2 days now and are really fed up.
your help would really be appreciated because without the guide we seem to be really stuffed.

Hi san, there is nothing to download ?, the guide is already in your Videobox folder, it is named "Operator Guide.pdf".

When you install a shortcut is placed on your desktop, you cant miss it.

You can also open the guide by clicking the windows start button on your windows desktop and going to the Videobox group, it's there too.
