Title: Initialising please wait?

Hello

Since I have added my music to the videobox when I open the program its just says initialising please wait?
But nothing happens can you help please

Hi Dave

I will help you with this, first try pausing any antivirus that may be interfearing with it, then try to run Videobox as administrator, if that fails I will connect via remote desktop and have a look at it for you if you like ?.
