Hi all. Got a small prob on my new install with vbx, all installed well but sometimes when I press the album or play button nothing comes up, if it's the album it goes to a blank screen or play button goes back to home screen ??? Sometimes it works fine though.
Running w10, just wondering what might be the problem because my old unit worked perfect on xp,

Just a update on my little problem, if I use the mouse it works just fine, just the touchscreen, if you leave your finger on for 2 secs it is OK, can't find any settings for that as yet :'(

Id be looking more on your graphics capabilities with W10
I had mine on W7, upgraded to W10 and fell into loads of problems so reverted back! If the problem persists this may be an option.

Update so far, no good with my touch screen so far, put my old touch screen in but not compatible with w10, so rebuild my old xp videobox unit with old touch screen, works perfect. Shame all my new bits are redundant at the moment. Hey ho, still got a good functioning vbox

Out of intent, what is your old touch screen? Have you emailed the manufacturer task if there are windows 10 drivers?
My driver is one that loads from an exe file, is yours the same? If so you could make it load in compatibility mode.
