Having fun with building but need some support

Hello im having fun building a quiz and jukebox machine into 1
but what i wanted to know is i noticed that on the quiz machine software if u open up the jukebox the other software stays open so that's annoying

but what i wanted to know if i added the images and created a link to the games or something els could i add the games onto the jukebox software so like a games folder at all so u just have to open video juke and the music and games are already their

could this be done at all

or is their a way to tell the 2nd program once the jukebox software is open to close
