hi
my jukebox has stopped working, i just get a error message asking if i want to send a report to microsoft.
don't know what to do, where to download it from or anything, was working so well for a year i forgot all the installation details
please help

I will try to help you if I can, what are the details of the error messge ?, when the error box shows on your screen look for a little button in the nottom left corner that says 'details' (or something like that), this should show a load of technical details about the error, copy and paste it into your reply and I will take a look.
Also. if you send me your full name and the paypal email address you used to purchase your jukebox I may be able to find your login details for you, ok ;D

Looks like you hav'nt installed the .NET Framework.
run install and install the .NET Framework files.
give that a go

Looks like it is installed according to the add remove programs on Control Panel

I'm %99 sure its a .NET framework problem, remove Juke Blaster Pro & the .NET 3.5 sp1 Framework and re-install them both
remember to back up your license file before you uninstall
Ps: did you just send me an email about this ?

something is killin ur .NET framework or th framework is corrupt
First try to clear your windows appdata
save your license to somwere safe
Uninstal Juke Blaster pro
uninstall the .NET framework 3.5 sp1
Delete the 'Juke Blaster Pro' folder here "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Juke Blaster Pro" (substitute the word 'Admin' wit ur username)
Insall the .NET framework
instal; Juke blaster pro
give taht a go
If that no fix it then it can be somethin with windows that is corrupted.. (at worst re- install)
I also se from t data that a image may be faulty or have a bad path (Parameter is not valid.
at System.Drawing.Bitmap..ctor(String filename))
jbp shoul handle a bad path i thimk its .NET framework
