Title: question about remote

is it me or does the remote control not have a service button..........i figured it would be on the mode button but when i press that it closes the jukebox software :P

seems a bit pointless not to include it, how are they programmed??  :)

What do you mean by 'service' button ?, there is a button to put credit on the remote if thats what you mean ?.

on the actually interface there is a button that gets you into the option settings called service, just wondering why there isnt a button on the remote that does the same.

It means that when i want to change from coin mode to party or change a setting i have to open the machine up and press that button or the tab key on the keyboard.

I understand...

You dont need to use the remote or need to open the door with tab key, simply use the on-screen pinpad, look in the manual (accessing the contro panel).

cheers, i've had problems downloading the manual, so didnt bother........its downloaded now so alls good. Not sure why but i kept getting error when trying to open it.

I think some people have trouble downloading the manual because it is quite big (has lots of pictures in it), but you dont need to download because the manual and install guide, video options guide etc are all installed for you in your Videobox folder, just click your windows start button on your desktop and go to the Videobox program group and you will see links to them all.   ;D
