if i pay on paypal, how do i get the download, is a link sent to the paypal address?
can i soecify a different email

what happens is, after you have paid a password is automaticaly sent to your paypal email address you can then use that password to log in at jukeblaster.com and download your software.

Are you not able to recieve emails at your paypal address ?.

No cos its the wifes work email

Ok, no problem, what i would do is log in to your paypal and click on profile, and then add your current email address, that way you can get your password straight away 

You will need to use a working paypal email address because the password sending system is automated & that is where your software key will be sent to when you request it.

It only takes 10 mins to add another email address to your paypal account, give it a go 

If you really cannot do that then you can pay with your wifes email, but the password will be sent to her email address & I can manually send that to you tomorrow if that would help, but its the long way round and it will take you a few days to get up and running.

Glad you managed to get sorted with the paypal 
I got your licence request but the serial you sent was not correct.
I sent you an email explaining what the serial would look like, you need to copy & paste it into the request form using the copy button provided during install because it has to have all the dashes "-" in the right places and it is case sensetive, ie- "a" is not the same as "A" .

Just go carefully through the install again and read the instructions carefully and you will see the serial number, ok

If I could pick your brain for a moment, could I ask where you copied that first (incorrect) serial number from ?
I only ask as other people have sent similar looking numbers in the past, and I dont know where they got those numbers from 

Can you enlighten me perhaps ?

i think it came with the paypal confirmation email

unless you are careful with the installation (instead of being like a kid opening a xmas present)

i missed the bit saying copy your serial no.,

then on the next page it says enter your serial no., of course i panic and go looking for a number

and of course in all the excitement, any number will do,

hope that explains it

by the way i have it al up and running, but can u select it to play a complete abumn at once

Thanks for that, I understand now & I know what you mean about the kid at Xmas thing 
As for playing full albums, i made the decision not to make that feature available in the current version because as you might guess it could be quite anoying to an audience of mixed musical tastes if 1 person can select a full album of say 12 punk songs in a row.
That feature might be available in a future release though, I was thinking about making it an option in the control panel so you can enable or disable it yourself 
If you think it would be a good feature to have you can request it in the 'Wish List' on this forum.
