hey guys i'm sure i'm too late but is it possible to add a power off button when in party mode next to the reject button or somwehere.
I asked bacuase i've made my switching program now so i can have karaokebox and videobox installed on the same juke, what i need though is the close program button so i can return to my main menu and choose karaoke or videobox again.
i'll post a video of it as soon as its running properly

Would it be possible for one size for sub genres and another for albums??
@stampy I use STFE with multiple games and Videobox on one of my machines and agree with the power button feature.
Otherwise it's a physical button on the cab or tab and X button??

My other 10 jukes arrived today, so i'll be looking for 10 more licences of videobox and 10 more for karaokebox.......just waiting on the poweroff button for party mode to be added, as i'm not putting coin kits in my hire machines so the remote is not really an option :D

i would like to be able to set a timed interval between BGM tracks.
i would also like to be able to set a different volume for the Bgm too , so i could have BGM on at a low level but when someone chooses a track the volume kicks back up to the standard level set.
also would it be possible to link my touch screen calibration utility into the back menus somehow.If i could link a box in the menu to the .exe launch or something would be ideal.

Would it be possible to lock on/off genres? Just like the Xmas folder? With the tracks from the locked off genres unavailable for search and BGM.

search album/track/artists a button for each in search page
and back to album last veiwed would help a hell of alot :)
same old wish again :( but this is a must for huge collections like i and others will have would make
life so better and faster please please bry/steve this would be the iceing on the cake for my bubbler
project ;)

can we have some of usage logger.......so we can see:
what songs were played and at what time, ( would help to determine most popular usage hours)
if the pin code was entered or any attempts made to guess the pin code. (helps to see unauthorised entry to control panel)
when the program was started and shutdown, (help to know how early the machine is turned on and off during the day)
if the jukebox was closed (mode button on remote) and for how long,
if control panel is accessed, a log of what was changed on what day and time.

any progress on a logger yet guys???........I've tested a few other juke programs now and one in particular has a great log option (virtual music jukebox)
it shows when the machine was turned on, what songs were played, what time a coin was inserted, how many were inserted and the total value that should be in the machine for that day....PERFECT, sadly the rest of the program wasnt upto videoboxes standard.
Surely you guys could impliment this if other juke software companies are :)

Would really appreciate .PNG file type for Genre images.

I am currently only getting 21 items on the popular albums section , so at smaller pic sizes I'm not filling the whole screen , only half , is this correct or is it changeable somehow?.

1024x768 i think , il have to check later.
I shrunk my album artwork down to 110 pixel via the back menu of vjb.
Are you getting more than 21 stampy??

i'll have to check, i'm on 1240x1080 and at the standard sized album pics (still using videobox 2.6)
I'm getting 7x4 pics showing which is 28 on one screen.....but i could easily make that 7x5 if i shunk them just slightly. almost fits 7x5 now, which is 35 pics on one screen :D

Its just the popular albums page stampy
Within genres its fine and displays however many albums are in that genre.
But the poular albums section will only display a maximum of 21.
I was going to do a reinstall but first i thought id ask to c if any one is having the same issue.

so you can fit more then 21 covers in genres??....how is popular albums different, arent the covers the same size as genre covers?

stampy has his in a-z setup so dont think he seeing what you are seeing

I've asked before but can we get a key assigned that will bring up the enter pin code screen to get into options.
For some reason on my touchscreens when i hold the screen at bottom left to bring it up nothing is happening so i have to plug a keyboard in and press the tab key.
I'm planning to install a little 9 digit keyboard on the side so i can do it there instead.

the most p[robable cause of this is ur touchscreen either the driver is not configured to allow holddown or ur ts is one of the type membrane covering screen (we ave one like this) i bet if you try a few times and keep ur finger held realy still it will wor and open teh pinpad

yeah its annoying, some screens work and others dont.....they're all setup the same though as i've cloned 15 hard drives so they're all identical.
these are actually touch screen panels over the top of lcd screens.....there is an option for hold down time but it dosent seem to do anything :(

Hi guys, i would like to have a physical button for turning on/off visualisations?? And the same for bgm.
I would also like to return to the full screen keyboard from the original juke software.
Would it be possible to add a scrolling rss news feed for online connected jukes that could display news sports scores etc.
I would really like to see albums and tracks viewed by pages.
I no this is a bit of a biggie, but on lower powered machines the software seems to struggle with loading large libraries. I think this could possibly be because its loading albums that are off screen .?? Just a thought.

what about random play of selected genres
so when you select your rock collection it shows the rock jpg on the top left of screen
simply touch the jpg and it will play randomly all in that genre just the same as play
complete album
