HI I HAVE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED THE VIDEOBOX SOFTWARE, BUT NOW IT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO DOWNLOAD IT. IT COMES UP WITH AN ERROR FAILED TO ENSURE DIR EXISTS :C: Users\Bruce\AppData\Local\temp\ckz_C4LW. Any help appreciated

Hi, it means there is something wrong with the ''Temp' folder on your PC, when installing it unzips the files to this temp folder, check you have permission, try to run install as administrator.

 Have tried running programme as admin but still coming up with same Error.

Hmm, would be better with win7, do you have win7 machine ?

Yeah I did figure I was pushing my luck with this one. I having been using it for a couple of years but fancied a change in jukebox software. Will source something. Thanks for your help

No its ok, i have uploaded an uncompressed version for you to try with vista (tell me if it works), here:- https://onedrive.live.com/

If it wont work with vista you will need to use win 7,

Tip, download VBXS.zip from link above, right click, select properties, click unblock button bottom right, run INSTALL.exe

Hey Steve. Looks like I'm going to have to source a machine with windows 7 on it. All the downloads worked but every time I went to install Adobe flash player the programme stopped working. I think that is all that is stopping it from working as the VIDEOBOX programme opens but it is just a blank screen.
