Hi can’t get program to run in Windows 7 had it running on my laptop to test which is windows 10 I’ve deactivated it from that one and installed it on my old pc but it won’t even launch in windows 7 PLEASE HELP cheers Lee

What happens when you try to run it on win7 ?, are you able to enter the serial etc ?.

Hi when I click on on launch icon the little wheel on the pointer spin for a couple of seconds then nothing happens I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting the pc but still no good I’ve run it as administrator and in compatibility mode but nothing

Check that youve got the .NET framework installed, or installe a newer version:- https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30653

Ok thanks I’ll will check it is 32 bit system would that affect it from running properly

No that shouldnt make any difference.
Ps: I'm going to be on the road today & tomorrow but let me know how you get on as I will be able to give you a remote desktop session on wednesday if you cant fix it, i will sort it out for you ;D

Hi just a quick update yes it did Net framework and I installed all updates to pc but still no joy so restored the pc to factory and removed all programs including simple touch FE after reinstalling homejukebox it is now working so don’t know it it was FE causing the issues or windows 7 itself so hopefully fixed now. Thank you
Ps are there anymore skin available
